Arthur H. Higgins

April 15, 1923 - June 25, 2013

He was born April 15, 1923, to Alfred and Helena (Rahm) Higgins in Toledo, OH. Art served in the U.S. Army from 1943-1946. He was a life member of the VFW and Elks Club, both in Maumee. He married Ruby (Freeman) on June 26, 1948; she preceded him in death on March 20, 2013. Together they had 3 children, Brad (Debra) Higgins, Holly (Tandy) Grubbs, Scot (Tammy) Higgins.
